Spanish Civil War
Three CCNN Divisions were sent to Spain to participate in the Civil War there as part of the Corpo Truppe Volontarie. The Blackshirt (Camicie Nere, or CCNN) Divisions contained regular soldiers and volunteer militia from the Fascist Party. The CCNN divisions were semi-motorised.
