PTR: Is the Rank 14 fireball / frostbolt a bug? (src (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=3466289583&postId=34659188746&sid=1))

This is not a bug, it's a mistake made when creating the pre-mades. The spells are not sufficiently different then the rank 13 versions so we will not be making updates to the templates to remove them.

Poco ci avevo scommesso... secondo me stanno per mettere i libri nuovi delle spell come accadde ad AQ20!
