    La seconda edizione del dnd è una mezza cagata. Chi sostiene il contrario lo fa solo a causa della nostalgia e delle esperienze che ha avuto con essa. Chiunque conosca il gioco di ruolo dagli anni 80 e abbia un minimo di intelletto passò dal dnd prima edizione ad ALTRO (leggi rolemaster, vampiri, cthulhu, gurps e chi più ne ha più ne metta) piuttosto che a quella mezza cosa che fu l'advanced.
    La terza edizione ( 3 e 3.5) invece non è niente male e grazie al marchio ed alla wizard of the coast (tanti tanti quattrini) ha già di fatto sbaragliato la concorrenza. Per la quarta vi sono grandi attese ma , sebbene di certo non sarà nulla di rivoluzionario, si può essere ragionevolmente certi che sia un passo avanti.
