no la centrale è esterna al pc e produce l'energia per i sistemi di raffreddamento del pc...ovviamnte oltre alla centrale nucleare max ha anche un servizio maggiorato di corrente per raffreddare la centrale stessa...
la vedo bene con lo smaltimento delle scorie...raccolta differenziata?
