Patch 4.1 on PTRs - Build 13698
A new build will be deployed on test realms today. Most of these changes were already documented in the latest PTR notes update but keep an eye out for new things!

  • Starsurge base damage has been reduced by 20%, from [ 1272 to 1756 ] to [ 1017 to 1405 ].
  • Moonkin Form now frees the caster of movement impairing effects instead of slowing effects.

  • Spell Reflection now has a 25 sec cooldown, up from 10 sec.
  • Gag Order no longer affects Shield Bash.
  • Shield Mastery no longer reduces the cooldown of Spell Reflect. Now causes your Shield Block to also reduce magic damage taken by 8/16/25%.


Fury
  • Unshackled Fury now Increases the benefit of abilities that cause or require you to be enraged by 11.2%, down from 44,8%.
  • Pummel no longer requires Battle or Berserker Stance.


Arms
  • Strikes of Opportunity now gives a 17.6% (up from 16%) chance for your melee attacks to instantly trigger an additional melee attack for 100% normal damage. Each point of Mastery increases this chance by 2.2%. (Up from 2%)
  • Drums of War no longer affects Shield Bash, now affects Demoralizing Shout, Intimidating Shout and Challenging Shout.
  • Juggernaut now reduces the cooldown of your Charge by 2 sec, down from 3 sec.
