CAVERNS OF TIME - Old Hillsbrad Foothills (66-68)
Old Hillsbrad Foothills (66-68)
Captain Skarloc
Special Attacks
Hammer of Justice Stuns
Holy Shield Increases chance to block by 30% for 10 seconds, deals 400-500 holy damage for each attack blocked while active.
Holy Light Heals for about 5850.
Cleanse removes 1 poison effect, 1 disease effect, and 1 magic effect.
Comes with 1 Durnholde Veteran and 1 Durnholde Warden
Strategy
When we walk out of Durnholde Keep Captain Skarloc will appear and have a quick chat with Thrall, now is our chance to drink up. When the event ends the battle begins, we want to kill the Durnholde Warden first because of his pesky Psychic Scream, after that the Durnhold Veteran. As we have seen since releasing Thrall he can hold his own, dealing serious damage and taking a beating, just to be safe though healers should check on Thrall, making sure he is doing well.
Captain Skarloc will smack whoever has agro, most likely our tank with Hammer of Justice; it can be removed with a magic removal spell. He is a pushover boss mainly because of Thrall. Sadly he will attempt to heal himself with Holy Light if we have a class capable of interrupting him they should be on the lookout for it as it heals for about 5850.

Sand Breath Movement speed reduced by 50%, Attack speed reduced by 100%.
Infinity Minions
Special Attacks
Curse of Infinity Curse, Healing effects increased by 50%, Damage taken increased by 50%.
Corruption Magic, shadow damage inflicted every 3 seconds.
Mortal Strike
Strategy
This encounter is made up of two parts the Infinity Dragonkin and then Epoch Hunter. When Epoch Hunter shows up and begins his yap-fest with Thrall 3 Tarren Mill NPCs will show up beneath him they will transform into 2 Infinity Slayers and 1 Infinity Defiler. When the battle begins we want to take out the Defiler first, they have the least amount of hit points and defense and cast the Curse of Infinity. After all 3 of the Infinity are slain another 3 will spawn to the immediate West of the party and then a final wave of 4 after that.
We will have a short out of combat period in which casters can drink and get ready for Epoch Hunter. First thing of note is to not worry about any buffs; Epochs Magic Disruption Aura will dispel one magical buff every couple seconds. His Impending Death ability is completely random and his Sand Breath tends to have a random quality to it as well.
When Epoch Hunter agros our tank should pick him up and back up against the Inn where Tabetha is inside to avoid his knock back, his damage is quite low and the fight is surprisingly simple if we make it past the Infinity.

Lieutenant Drake
Special Attacks
Whirlwind
Hamstring
Intimidating Shout
Mortal Strike
Strategy
After all the Prison Barracks are burnt down Lieutenant Drake will come down the stairs by the first 3 barracks. Lieutenant Drake is your basic tank and spank encounter, his special abilities are not original in any way, and they are the same as the warriors, except that his Intimidating Shout is not on a 3 minute cooldown. The only thing we need to be aware of is his Intimidating Shout, if the tank does not resist it (in most cases the tank will not) then he will come for one of our ranged dps or healer classes, as long as death can be avoided in this way he is a piece of cake.
