Vehicle components are very sketchy. It never says what, or for which car. Unless G1 confirms exactly what gets unlocked and for which cars, we won't know.

As of 1.5, I have bought the regular Broadwing to keep track of all unlocks. Some parts at some ranks do not unlock for some cars, but all parts unlock on the Broadwing! So don't worry if a part is not unlocked for a certain car.(Like I said, sketchy.) Furthermore, I have unlocked ALL parts for the Broadwing, such as the bullbars and antennas, by maxing out Mirri Kent.

I have also found out that:

• 'Max LED' Front Enforcer Lights at Saul Linklater Level 2.
• 'Reaper II Boomer' Top Enforcer Lights at Beeyong Lee Level 2.
• 'EVE Flash' Top Enforcer Lights at Akiko X Level 2.
• 'Hot Response' Top Enforcer Lights at Mirri Kent Level 4. (These lights do not unlock on the Broadwing with Mirri Kent. Probably a bug.)
• All Broadwing parts are unlocked at Mirri Kent Level 10.

Regarding being shot through a wall when you're taking cover: This is all due to your hitbox. You can pick your characters' size when you create him, but the hitbox is the same size for both a tall and a small character (this is fully intentional, else short characters would always have an advantage finding cover).
Ingame your (small) character may look like he is completely hidden behind a wall, when in fact his hitbox isn't.
As an experiment, the next time your enemy takes cover behind a small wall, move your crosshair over his location and see if it turns red. Chances are, you won't be seeing your enemy, but the red crosshair will tell you that his hitbox is still exposed.
Depending on your accuracy, you can kill the seemingly hidden enemy, and to him it will look like you've shot him through the wall.

As for cars: When you take cover behind a car, always keep in mind that your feet are still exposed. Any attacker can simply move his crosshair underneath the car until he finds a spot where it turns red, meaning that he's found your feet. It looks like he's shooting you through the car, when in fact he's shooting your exposed feet.

And yes, there is only one hitbox per character, so a shot in the foot does just as much damage as a shot in the head.

Ti dovevi nasconderti dietro la ruota di un van o un furgone. Oppure dietro una macchina con l'assetto (mini, o la cisco, ma pero' queste esplodono in fretta -.-)

Non e' ancora completo l'outfit pero'. Devo trovare anfibi customizzabili (e farli tutti grigioscuro o nero) e calzettoni bianchi che arrivino a meta' coscia.

quanto al programmello potrebbe essere interessante
se funzia e mi risolve i problemi potrei togliermi definitivamente il dubbio se sono io immensamente scarso (quasi certo) o contribuisce il lagghicchiare (speranza rimasta)
