* Drain mana (Rank 1) now drains 42 mana every 1 sec from the target. (Was 63)
* Drain mana (Rank 2) now drains 68 mana every 1 sec from the target. (Was 102)
* Drain mana (Rank 3) now drains 99 mana every 1 sec from the target. (Was 149)
* Drain mana (Rank 4) now drains 136 mana every 1 sec from the target. (Was 204)
* Drain mana (Rank 5) now drains 169 mana every 1 sec from the target. (Was 254)
* Drain mana (Rank 6) now drains 200 mana every 1 sec from the target. (Was 300)

Class Changes

Shaman
- Flametongue weapon puts an "MS" (50% healing reduction) on your current target. 5 Second duration, refreshes every hit.
- Toughness: Increases your armor value from items by 2/4/6/8/10%, and reduces the duration of movement impairing effects on you by 10/20/30/40/50%.
- Shamanistic Rage changed: Reduces all damage taken by 30% and gives your successful melee attacks a chance to regenerate mana equal to 30% of your attack power. Lasts 15 seconds.
- Global Cooldown of totems reduced by .5 seconds
