ti consiglio dischi come Kid A e Amnesiac se cerchi cose più affine all'elettronica e alla sperimentazione, abbastanza distanti dai dischi che hai ascoltato.
Per qualcosa di più orecchiabile invece oltre a ok computer (che resta cmq il capolavoro) prova anche The Bends e Pablo Honey, più "pop" - "rockettari"

Gran singolo, un ritorno per me inaspettato ad uno stile più puro, con l'abbandono delle chitarre, una scelta più coerente con la loro crescita artistica in una città industriale come Torino; la canzone merita non solo per l'ottimo uso dell'elettronica, ma sopratutto alla scelta curata nella stesura dei testi.
L'intero brano evoca visioni di una bellezza disarmante.
Ma sopratutto mi stimola un idea orgasmica.
Sarà un esplosione universale, e quindi la conferma dell'inesistenza di Dio, che ci libererà dal giogo delle fede?
Se la risposta fosse positiva, la nostra morte e la supremazia della materia, sarebbe un fatto accettabile; il solo pensare a questa possibile soluzione evocata nel brano, mi lascia entrare in uno stato di pace totale.
ascolto i subsonica da sempre, questo cd, nonostante qualche bel pezzo (questo è tra i buoni secondo me), è un mezzo flop, totalmente lontano dai primi, mitici cd...

Chip caldi, anzi roventi; gli Hot Chip ci deliziano con un altro singolo estratto dall'ultimo album di successo "Made In The Dark", accoppiando un bellissimo brano come One Pure Thought ad un video d'impatto.
È da ammirare la capacità del gruppo londinese di riuscire a mixare stili differenti rimanendo però comunque sulla linea del brano Pop orecchiabile e dal beat trascinante, merito anche alle stupende rievocazioni sintetiche dei fratelli Mael. :uiui:

Provenienti dalle fredde terre del nord (vedere Svezia), i Covenant, son una strana razza di musicisti, un incrocio tra Darkettoni e Nerd, per dirla alla maniare di Nonciclopedia :asd:.
A parte la facile ironia, che prende comunque sempre spunto dalla realtà, i Covenant son un vero ibrido tra musica EBM e Synth Pop di stampo depechemodiano.
L'influenza dei Depeche Mode infatti si sente molto, basta mettere a confront la base di "It's Not Good" dell'album "Ultra" con questo altrettanto splendido brano, la somiglianza è lampante, e non possiamo che ringraziare :red:.

Questo intramontabile brano è tratto da uno dei più grandi capolavori assoluti dei Depeche Mode, Violator. Lo stile si allontana dalle melodie Kraftwerkiane per abbracciare uno stile più tendente al Rock, lasciando comunque l'elettronica e far da tappeto musicale per la magnifica voce di Dave, che è un continuo crescendo irresistibile fino al ritornello Youll see your problems multiplied-If you continually decide-To faithfully pursue-The policy of truth. Il brano, e l'intero album, è vivamente consigliato a chi si vuole avvicinare ai lavori del gruppo Inglese e più in generale alla musica elettronica. Il successo mondiale di Enjoy The Silence e Personal Jesus sono l'ennesima prova del fatto che popolarità e qualità musicale possono andare perfettamente d'accordo, almeno qualche volta :)

Questo brano EBM riesce ad imprimere un energia incredibile nell'ascoltatore, il testo è pulito e diretto, il battito è veloce e costante, arriva direttamente nei muscoli senza passare dal cervello. Provare a correre ascoltandolo è un esperienza entusiasmante, sembra fatto a posta per questo, è un iniziezione di adrenalina direttamente nel cuore...provare per credere!
