han nerfato tanto il guardian, buffato il necro e il bow dell hunter
e abbassato le cure praticamente a tutte le classi

l unica attuale unico modo possibile di giocare il necro era Condition dmg.
Auto attack da 7sec di bleed a 4sec,circa il 40% in meno di nerf al dps,not bad :(

mha considera che solo 2 attachi su 3 dell'auto attack fanno bleed e sono solo una parte degli stack di bleed
dato che molti bleed arrivano da signed of earth e il talento barbed precision.
in compenso tutto il resto e` stato buffato,
la 2 dello scettro dura il 50% in piu' ed e` bleed AOE (e snara)
la 2 della staffa ha il cooldown quasi dimezzato ed e` anche li bleed Aoe
portato a 900 !! di range il 3 dello scettro fondamentale per alzare lifeforce da posizione safe
che fara' la differenza in WvW
cambiate tutte le well che ora tickano ogni secondo
e il danno della suffering e` stato quintuplicato (in WvW secondo me fara tanto male)
spammando 1 dello scettro si fara' meno danno, ma facendo un po di ninjate si riesce a tirare fuori piu danno di prima su target single... e MOLTO piu dmg in wvw
